1930s British wool double breasted overcoat by GA Dunn, size 40-42" chest

A very fine coat, made by GA Dunn and Co Ltd then of Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street and the Strand. It has the most beautifully turned peak lapel, a great silhouette and is in exceptional condition. The only real sign of wear is on the seam where the jigger button fastens inside, where there is a very small repair, well done in my opinion and in any case not visible when the coat is fastened. The cuffs are interesting in that there are three buttons, three uncut button holes, but unlike most coats the cuff is open and sits over the buttons providing a sort of flared effect.
