1951 dated US Air Force M47 parka with original liner, size small, fits medium

One of the best US military parkas in our opinion and one much copied and adapted by other countries and indeed many fashion designers. This one dates from 1951, during the Korean War and was USAF issued. It has a nice Talon zipper, working nicely, and its original removable alpaca pile liner. It's tagged small but fits like a medium. Please check measurements and bear in mind it has s thick heavy liner. No belt, but easily replaced. Worn and faded throughout with a couple of nicks and small holes, a few marks and so on, but really very good for one of these. If it had bern a tad bigger, would have been a keeper. A rare, versatile and stylish piece in good, wearable condition.
