Deadstock 1960s patchwork cord jeans by Harry Fenton 28" waist

Harry Fenton was a leading menswear designer in the 1960s initially popular among Mods and later to the style conscious hipsters of the day, with a chain of shops throoughout the country. These cords were made in the mid -late 1960s with the slight kick in the leg that came before flares and have been in storage ever since. They are tagged 30 waist and 30 leg but the waist measures 14.5" side to side so more like a modern 28" or maybe 29". The hems are actually unfinished and measure circa 33/34 so can be shortened as required. They've picked up a few marks in storage, where they've been folded, warehouse dust essentially and should clean up ok.
