Early 20th Century bespoke handmade hunting coat, small

A wonderful example of British tailoring. The coat is cut from heavy wool cloth and nicely shaped cut away front, with two hip pockets and a small waist pocket, The rear is wonderfully shaped, similar to a tailcoat, and the sleeves are similarly well cut and shaped, with functioning cuff buttons. The button holes are handsewn. The front has an extra button to allow the collar to be fastened all the way up. The lining is in gingham with an inside pocket and flap for warmth snd confort in the saddle, It's in very good condition, with several marks consistent with decades of use.
