WW1 era British Army officers field boots, size 9/9.5 with their original wooden boot trees

A stunning pair of bespoke handmade British Army officers field boots, complete with their original wood and brass boot trees. These are typical of a style worn by army officers during tbe First World War as well as by pilots of the Royal Flying Corps, precursor of the RAF. I can find no makers mark and they seem like a size 9/9.5" measuring 11.5" from heel to toe. They're in very good condition considering they're more than 100 years old, with a couple of areas where stitching has come undone on the left boot, and they could do with re-healing, of course only if you  wish to wear them rather than appreciate them as an object  in their own right. Part of one tree (their are four parts to each) has a crack but is still fully functional and easily repairable. A beautiful and historic pair of boots offered in original and unrestored condition.
